Why Are We So Innovative?

All SolTerra projects start with the systems that make our buildings unique. This could be the integration of plants into the building envelope, a green roof, water reuse system, or an array of solar panels. These sustainable systems that set our buildings apart from others are all designed and built by SolTerra. This allows us to secure the cost and feasibility of innovation first, and then build other building elements such as structure, windows, roofing, etc. around our vision and within a budget.

How Much Experience Do We Have?

Our projects displayed are only the projects where we are the designers, builders, and developers. Our experience goes beyond this – as we've designed and built numerous projects for commercial and government clients, including Wal-Mart, Domino's Pizza and the University of Washington, just to name a few.
